I am a certified Herbalist and an Applied Clinical Nutritionist through the Texas Chiropractic College. I have a wide background in many wellness modalities including Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counseling, Massage Therapy, Detoxification Coaching, Colon Hydrotherapy, Plant-Based Raw Vegan Nutrition, Reiki, Energy Healing, Pranic Healing, Vedic Astrology Studies and Yogic Studies – including Kundalini Yoga Teaching and Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy. I have studied with incredible teachers for Conscious Language, Sacred Body Language Translations, Spiritual Healing, Shamanic Healing, Sacred Relationships, Muscle Testing and Transformational Facilitation, Breathwork and Meditation, Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula training – helping Mamas in her first 42 days postpartum for self-care and healing. I am a Life Coach and Health Coach from a nervous system perspective. I have worked with brain treatments through Neuromodulation. I am continuing my studies in Vedic Astrology with Komilla Sutton in year two and recently completed a Mothers and Eros course.

I have learned a lot through my own path as someone who has walked with an eating disorder. I have learned much as a wounded healer on the path – my greatest challenge becoming my greatest strength. I have gone to the depths of this energy and have come out changed and with tools to share. I feel called to hold your hand and walk with you on your journey of healing, as Ram Dass says, ‘We’re all just walking eachother home’.
