Ayuryoga® is a system of physical asana(poses), pranayama(breathwork), and meditation developed by Vasant Lad, BAMS, MASc that utilizes the Ayurvedic principles to harness the therapeutic effects of yoga practice and applies it to support healing on an individual and group basis. This will be an in-person event held at The Tree of Life Urban Retreat Center located at 312 W Stassney Ln. See you there!
